Immunization Requirements for Student's Entering 7th Grade

If your child will be entering 7th grade for the 2012-2013 school year, it is required by the State of California, that they receive the TDAP (whooping cough) booster.  Please be sure to have this done ahead of schedule and supply the office with proof of immunization.
